UF 150th Anniversary Logo Kristiina Butler and Sheridan Rudolph Promoted

Kristiina Butler joined the Applications group as an Information Technology specialist at CNS. She left the Network Services (NS) unit at the end of March. "My main project is the Pinnacle implementation and development. Pinnacle is a new software package that was purchased for the purposes of telecommunications and wall-plate billing and work orders, inventory, equipment maintenance and data circuit tracking," Butler said.

Her other duties will include Crystal Reports, Remedy and Pinnacle integration development, documentation, Web development for the Applications group, and assisting in the PeopleSoft administrative transition.

She's looking forward to working on a centralized system for inventory, billing and maintenance. "Those things have always been important issues for me and having them in one database will make reporting and tracking much easier."

Network Services Promotes Sheridan Rudolph to Full-Time Status

Network Services hired Sheridan Rudolph as a full-time Program Assistant in late February. Rudolph has worked in NS since August 2003 as part-time OPS. He'll report to Dan Miller. His projects in NS include managing inventory, purchasing, budget cost analysis and projections, some updating of network documents and diagrams, and data circuit management and other various projects as well.

"I'm looking forward to continuing the work I've been doing here since last August. It's been, and will continue to be, a great learning opportunity for me," Rudolph said.
