MyUFL Portal Self-Service Features
|
How will the transition benefit me?
With the new myUFL systems, faculty and staff will have direct access to much more information than ever before. In the past, you may have had to search web sites or make phone calls to find information about payroll or benefits. After the transition, you will be able to simply log on to myUFL <my.ufl.edu> from any location at any time and use its "self-service" features.
What you can do now
Currently through myUFL, you can modify or forward e-mail accounts; update contact information found in the UF Directory; and set up a forgotten-password hint.
What you will be able to do after the transition
Between June
18 and July 9 you will see several new self-service features added to the
the portal which will allow you to:
- Report, view, and make corrections to your time worked and leave usage.
- View and print a copy of your pay stub, which includes a leave status report (for vacation and sick leave as well as regular, special, and overtime compensatory leave for eligible employees), and more.
- View compensation history beginning with the July 9 pay date (the first check in the new system).
- Revise your W-4 in real-time to change your marital status, number of dependents, and additional withholding.
- Request your W-2 if you lose the original.
- View your benefits enrollments.health, life, disability, 403(b) accounts, and more.
