According to the UF Privacy Office [5] and the UF IT Data Security Standard [6], authorization from your Dean, Director, or Department Chair is required to access private data.

• Other financial account numbers
• Drivers license number
• Medical Records
• Private Health Information (PHI)
• Student grades
• Student grade point average
• Student schedules
• Student date of birth
• Student place of birth
• Student survey responses
• Class rosters
